Can I customize the pipeline stages?

Yes. Lead, Engaged, Registered and FTD are the defaults because they map to how conversion funnels behave, but you can rename stages, add new ones and run multiple pipelines side by side, for example one per broker, product or client.

How is this different from a generic CRM like Kommo or HubSpot?

FlowTracker's CRM is fed by the attribution engine. Every lead arrives with its source ad, campaign, GEO, fingerprint and full event history attached, and stages advance automatically on real broker and payment events. Generic CRMs see a name and an email. See our Kommo comparison.

What can workflows actually do?
