How does the Shopify integration work?

Shopify is native to the FlowTracker backend. You authorise your store once and FlowTracker subscribes to order, checkout and refund webhooks directly. There is no theme code to paste and no separate app to maintain.

Do you support Stripe payments outside Shopify?

Yes. Stripe is a first-class source. One-off payments, invoices and subscriptions are matched to the buyer's fingerprint and attributed to the originating ad, the same way Shopify orders are.

What do you actually send to Meta, TikTok and Google?

Server-side Purchase events with the value you choose: gross order total or true margin based on your product costs. Customer identifiers are hashed before sending, and you control exactly which fields each platform receives.

Do I need customer opt-in for WhatsApp cart recovery?

Yes, and FlowTracker helps you collect it with checkout and on-site opt-in widgets. Recovery messages use approved WhatsApp templates, and conversation fees are billed at Meta's published rates with no markup.

Will this slow down my storefront?

No. Attribution runs server-side through webhooks, so there is no heavy script in your theme. The lightweight click-capture snippet is under 3 KB and loads asynchronously.

Does it work with WooCommerce or custom checkouts?

Shopify and Stripe are native today. Custom stacks can stream orders through the FlowTracker API or S2S postbacks, and more cart platforms are on the roadmap.
